Speaking

Kim Williams-Pulfer, Ph.D., is a writer, researcher, and principal consultant of KWP Research Strategies LLC. Her work explores the intersections of community, culture, and equity—particularly within the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. As a speaker and facilitator, Kim brings intellectual rigor and deep empathy to conversations about race, civil society, identity, and public life.

Her events blend storytelling with strategy, drawing from her academic research, lived experience, and recent book Get Involved: Stories of Bahamian Civil Society (Rutgers University Press, 2024).
